Cocktail Fruit Cake & Mini Blueberry Cheese Cake

My youngest sister will be back from KL for a holiday and I decided to give her a surprise. She loves pastry alot. YES ALOT!!! One of the favourite cake that she always ask me to make is the cocktail fruit cake. That is what I make her. Off course, she was really happy to see that cake.

Cocktail fruit cake. What is at the side? Chopped pistachio................
Lots of fruits, isn't it?
This one I make for hubby's friend birthday. Blueberry Cheese Cake
Lovely?
Whenever, you bake or cook the most important thing is you must have the patient and love for it. Agree bakers & cooks?

i agreed with you totally! You can have 2 cooks with same recipes following to the dots and dashes but results would be different!

I guessed that's why home cooked meals seemed delicious even though simple. Love and patience are the extra 'secret' ingredients

Read so much about ur cake so try ordering one mint chocolate for my hubby's birthday. It taste ok but very dry..... it crumbles when we cut it (has kept in the fridge during the afternoon).....very disappointed.

You should take it out from the fridge at least 1/2 hour before consuming. Maybe, you could have leave it to open air for long time that's where the moist has lost. It could have dry due to that reason. So far, we had not have any complaint for that.
